To respond to your enquiries, deliver and support the IT services you engage us for, operate and secure the customer portal, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The site and portal are served over HTTPS and sit behind Cloudflare. Portal access requires authentication, and passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Access to client data inside RHM is limited to the staff who need it to do their work.
We use reputable service providers to run our operations — including Microsoft 365 (email and productivity), Cloudflare (security and anti-spam via Turnstile), and our hosting provider. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
We keep enquiry and account data for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable period.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
