We're not advertising a role today

We keep our team small on purpose, and we don't post vacancies we can't back with real work. So if you've landed here hoping for a live listing, there isn't one this week — and we'd rather tell you that plainly than string you along.

That said, the people we most want to hear from rarely arrive through a job board. They write to us before we're looking, and we keep the note on file for when the time comes.

Who tends to do well here

• Engineers who explain what went wrong in plain language, to a business owner, without condescending.
• People who are calm under a live incident and honest when they don't yet know the answer.
• Anyone who takes SLAs seriously because a real client is waiting on the other end — not because a dashboard is watching.
• Microsoft 365, networking, security, and endpoint depth is welcome; the willingness to keep learning it matters more.
